The asanas relieve body aches and pains, with an emphasis on eliminating digestive ailments such as constipation, indigestion, acidity and sexual ailments such as fibroids, menstrual and prostate problems. The pranayama help to improve one’s concentration and promotes inner peace and tranquility.
3) YOGA SHAKTI (Power) – Welcome to walk into power. You gain powers not only by doing postures. You gain power by doing proper breathing. Proper breathing is the primary fuel for your energy. Breathing not only increases oxygen in the cell but also drains the lymphatics. We do postures along with breathing that gives you great strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Towards the end of the class, we move into stillness. Stillness is power.
4) ANDHRA ASHTANGA (Vinyasa -flow)- Andhra Ashtanga, is an exclusive and the most popular class of KRIYOGA, composed of a rhythmic flow of Asana (postures) and ancient techniques of pranayama (breathing), marma (awakening vital point), dharna (the art of concentration) and dhyana (the art of Meditation). You jump from one pose (asana) to another synchronizing with the powerful breathing technique that helps cleanse and foster your mind and body. It helps relieve mental, physical and emotional toxins and helps strengthen the core muscles, relieves stiffness, pain and tension, activates your nervous system, stimulates glands, melts all the stubborn fats and increase vigor, vitality and vibrant health
