After following Master Kamal for several years, I feel all postures are effective, simple and practical (if you practice every day). Your body feel new, and the important thing is Kri Yoga is a system, you’ll always find something new for every training session you attend. I am a broadcaster and the meditation from Himalayas that he teaches brings me peace, it make me more creative and energetic, artistic, inspirational in my work and life. I feel so good physically and mentally.
