Ketogenic Sesion1 – Awaken ketosis metabolism
Whether you are an advanced practitioner, beginner, teacher seeking to deepen your knowledge of wellness through the practice of yoga, or a health-minded individual with an appreciation for the Keto lifestyle, you will find this session beneficial. These ancient methods of the Himalayas and Tibet, increase fat metabolism and anti-aging properties and remove toxins, stress, and tension. This session is a combination of adhyatmika krama (zero resistance), Srishti krama (cardio health, endurance & speed), along with the methods of Tibetan box breathing (increase bone density and lung capacity.
Ketogenic Session 2: Increase Metabolic Fire with Dynamic and Static Yoga
This Session involves performing various yoga postures, dynamic stretching, power breathing, and inversions followed by short or active recovery periods. Other than burning fat, this class helps increase vibrant energy, gears metabolism, improves bone mass, stimulates glands, and releases stress and tension.
Ketogenic Yoga session 3- Vinyasana
This session aids in boosting fat metabolism and increasing growth hormones. It is based on a method called ‘VINYASANA’, developed by Master Kamal, is a mix of specific yoga poses, resistance training, and vinyasa moves that causes fats to melt even after 48-72 hours after you complete exercise. This session includes the most effective resistance yoga dynamic exercises that make your muscles, abdomen, arms, legs tone and firm. It aids in boosting your fat metabolism.
Ketogenic Yoga session 4: Full Body
This session comprises a yoga full-body session that works your arms, legs, chest, back that increases strength, stamina, endurance, and speed. This is when your body is charged with energy to do ANTI-AGING asana for maximum benefits. In this session, you will also learn SHAKTI KRIYA breathing and meditation methods to remove bad karma and enhance the power of mind and emotions. You can do them all together or you can do them separately.
